1. 150gm Corn Flour
2. 2 Bade Aloo
3. 1/2 Chamach Adrak ka Paste
4. 1 Madyam Gajar
5. 7-8 Beans
6. 2 Chamach Hara Matar
7. 2 Chamach Gobhi Barik kati
8. 1 Chamach Hari Daniya
9. 2 Hari Mirchi Barik Kati
10. 1 Chamach Lal Mirchi Pauder
11. Namak
12. Tel
13. 2 Cup Bread ka Chura
Veg Cutlet Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Aloo ke sath baki sabhi sabjiyo ko dhokar chote chote tukado me kat le. Aab inhe toda ubal kar alag rake.
⦁ Aab corn flour ko chankar tode pani ki sahayata se paste bana le. Ye paste jyada patala nahi hona chahiye. Uble aloo komesh kar usme sabhi ubli huie sabjiyo ko bi achi tarah mila le.
⦁ Ek tave me tel garam karane rak de. Sabhi ubli sabji yo ke mishran me namak, kali mirch pauder, lal mirch pauder, adrak ka paste hari mirch aur daniye ki pathi yo ko dal kar achi tarah mix kar le.
⦁ Aab isa mishran ko gola ya lamba akar dekar corn flour ke dhol medube le. Ek plate me bread ka chura rake aur corn flour me dubaye hue golo ko isa bread ke chure me achi tarah lapet kar garam tel me choda de.
⦁ Inhe dono tarah se sunhara hone tak thale aur phir nikal le.
⦁ Garama garam Veg Cutlet taiyar hai.
