Delicious chicken supreme pizza

Chicken Supreme Pizza

Ingredients:
1. 1 Pizza Base
2. 1 cup shredded chicken
3. 1/4 cup sliced mushroom
4. 3/4 cup grated cheese- goat cheese
5. 1 medium chopped tomato
6. 1/4 cup Pizza sauce
7. 1 small sliced capsicum ( green pepper)
8. 4 chopped black olives
9. 1 small chopped onion
10. 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
11. For The Garnishing
12. 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves


Method:

1. Place the pizza base on a flat surface and spread the sauce all over.
2. Top with the chicken, capsicum, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives.
   Sprinkle cheese on top.
3. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 200C/400F and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp
   and cheese has fully melted.
4. Remove from the oven and cool.
5. Sprinkle a bit of coriander leaves. Cut into slices and serve.
