Uttapam Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Chawal,Urad ki Dal aur Methi ko dhoyiye aur rat bar ke liye pani me alag alag bigo dijiye.
⦁ Bigi hue Dal se pani nikaliye aur kam pani dal kar ek dam barik pisa kar bartan me nikal lijiye aur chawal ko bi toda sa mota pisiye. Dhono ko milayiye tata dol taiyar kijiye.
⦁ Mishran me namak dal kar garam jagah par12-14 gante ke liye rak dijiye.
⦁ Tave ko garam kar ke usa par 2 chamach tel dale karib do kadachi dol garam tave par gola akar me paila de upar se barik kata pyaz,hari daniya aur hari mirchi paila de.
⦁ Jab nichla bag sink jaye tab dire se palat kar dusari taraf bi senk le isi tarah se dono taraf se sunhara sek le.
⦁ Sambar aur Nariyal ki chutney ke sath garama garam parose.
