Jalebi Recipe ke Liye Avshayak Samgri
1. 1/2 Cup Maida
2. 1 Chamach Corn Starch
3. 1/4 Te Chamach Beking Pauder
4. 1/4 Cup Dahi
5. 1/4 Cup Pani
Chasni Banane Ke Liye Samgri
1. 1/2 Cup Shakar
2. 1/4 Cup + 2 Te Chamach Pani
3. 1 Te Chamach nimbu ka ras
4. Ek Chutki Elaichi Pauder
5. 5-6 Kesar Ki Kisme
Jalebi Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Ek madyam katore me 1/2 Cup maida le. Usme 1 tebelspun corn starch,1/4 te spun beking pauder aur 1/4 cup dahi dale.
⦁ Jarurat ke anusar pani dale aur gada dol bana le.dyan rahe hai ki dol me koi ganta na rahe.
⦁ Dol ko ek plate ya ek dakkan se dakkar 24 gante ke liye kamare ke tapman par rake.24 gante ke bad dakkan hata de.apko dol ki satah par chote bulbule dikege aur halki katti ganda ayogi.
⦁ Dol ko ek chamach se achi tarah se painta le.
⦁ Agar dol bahut jyada patla hoga to jalebi kurkuri to banegi lekin uska akar acha nahi ayega.agar dol bahut jyada gada hoga to jalebi naram rahegi.
⦁ Jalebi banane ki botal me dol dale.
⦁ Ek gahare patile ya pyan me chini,kesar ki kisme,elaichi pauder aur pani dale aur madyam anch par pakane keliye rake.
⦁ Ise tab tak pakayiye jab tak ki halki 1 tar ki chasni ho jaye.Jab 1-tar ki chasni ho jaye tab nimbu ka ras dale.achi tarah se milaye aur gas band kar de. Chasni taiyar hai.
Jalebi Banane ki vidhi
⦁ Jalebi ko talane ke liye ek choude muha vali kadahi me madyam anch par 2 Chamach gee/tel garm kare.
⦁ Jab tel talane ke liye taiyar ho tab botal ko dabate hue kendra se shuru kar ke bahar ki aur gola gola dumake jalebi banaye.
⦁ Unhe 2-3 bar chimate se palate taki ve saman rupa se sunhari ho. Unhe halka sunhara aur kurkura hone tak tale.
⦁ Unhe tel me se nikale aur turanta hi garm chasni me dal de. Siraf garm ya toda garm hona chahiye, yah tanda nahi hona chahiye.unhe lagbag do minat ke liye siraf me rake.
⦁ Siraf me se jalebi nikale aur ek plate me rake. Jalebi parosane ke liye taiyar hai.
