Bread Pakoda Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Besan me 1/2 chota chamach namak aur 1/4 chota chamach lal mirch dale aur mila le. Aab besan me toda toda pani dalathe hue use dhol le.
⦁ Aloo ko chila le aur phir unhe achi tarah se mesh kar le. Iske bad ek pyan garam kare.. Pyan garam hone par usme 1 bada chamach tel dale. Tel garam hone par usme jeera ka tadaka lagaye.
⦁ Iske bad hari mirch, Haldi powder aur adrak ka paste dale aur chalate hue buna le.
⦁ Masala buna jane par pyan me daniya powder, mesh kie aloo, amchur powder, bacha hua lal mirch powder, garam masala, 1/2 chota chamach namak aur hari daniya dale aur achi tarah se buna le.
⦁ Aab ek bread ka slice le. Iske upar toda sa aloo ka mishran rak kar paila le. Phir iske upar dusari bread rake aur uske kinaronko halka halka daba de.
⦁ Aab chaku se ise kone ki aur se 2 bagh me katakar tikoni bana le. Isi tarah se sari bread taiyar kar le.
⦁ Aab ek kadahi me tel garam kare. Aab bread ke 1 tikone slice ko besan ke dhol me dube kar nikale aur garm tel me dale. Jab bread ki ek satah brown ho jaye, use palat de aur use bi isi tarah senka le.
⦁ Senkane ke bad bread pakode ko kitchen paper par rak de. Isi tarah se sari bread ko senka le.
⦁ Garama garam bread pakode taiyar hai. Ise tomato ketchup ke sath parose.
