Usme besan, chawal ka aata, kasa hua adrak, kari patha, lal mirchi pauder, baking soda, hara daniya aur namak dale.


Ek chamach se unhe achi tarah mila le aur 15 minat ke liye rak de.


Toda toda pani dale aur sabhi samgri ko mila le thaki kata hua pyaz aata aur masalo se achi tarah se lapet jaye.


Ek kadahi me madyam anch par tel garam kare. Pakode thalane ke liye ek chamach se ya hath se thoda sa mishran lo aur tel me dalo, 4-5 bar mishran dalo aur unhe karare aur sunhare bure rang ke hone tak thalo. Unhe saman rupa se thalane ke liye bicha me kabhi kabhi kalachi se chalathe raho.


Unhe tel me se nikal kar ek thali me kitchen paper ke upar rakhe.
