Onion Pakoda Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Ek katore me lambayi me kata hua pyaz lo.
⦁ Usme besan, chawal ka aata, kasa hua adrak, kari patha, lal mirchi pauder, baking soda, hara daniya aur namak dale.
⦁ Ek chamach se unhe achi tarah mila le aur 15 minat ke liye rak de.
⦁ Toda toda pani dale aur sabhi samgri ko mila le thaki kata hua pyaz aata aur masalo se achi tarah se lapet jaye.
⦁ Ek kadahi me madyam anch par tel garam kare. Pakode thalane ke liye ek chamach se ya hath se thoda sa mishran lo aur tel me dalo, 4-5 bar mishran dalo aur unhe karare aur sunhare bure rang ke hone tak thalo. Unhe saman rupa se thalane ke liye bicha me kabhi kabhi kalachi se chalathe raho.
⦁ Unhe tel me se nikal kar ek thali me kitchen paper ke upar rakhe.
⦁ Garama garam Onion Pakoda taiyar hai.
