Gobi Soup Recipe- How To Make Gobi Soup

This recipe is perfect for those who like to have milk based soups.
Gobi Soup Banane Ke liye Avashayak Samagri:
(1) 2 cups chopped cauliflower
(2) 1 cup finely chopped onions
(3) 2 cups low fat milk, 99.7% fat free
(4) 2 tbsp chopped celery
(5) 1 tsp oil
(6) salt to taste
Gobi Soup Kese Banaye: (Recipe)
1.Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and saute the onions on a medium flame
for 1 to 2 minutes
2.Add the cauliflower and saute for another 4 to 5 minutes
3.Add 1/2 cup of water and milk, mix well and bring to a boil, while stirring
occasionally
4.Add salt and pepper, mix well and simmer till the cauliflower is partially cooked
5.Remove from the flame and allow it cool slighthly and then blend in a mixer to a
smooth puee
6.Transfer the puree into a deep non-stick pan, add the celery and mix well
7.Serve hot
