Matar Paratha Recipe ke Liye Avshayak Samgri
1. 350gm Paneer
2. 2 Bade Chamach Tel
3. 1/2 Chota Chamach Hing
4. 1 Chota Chamach Lal Mirch Pauder
5. 1 Chota Chamach Jera
6. 1/2 Chota Chamach Daniya Pauder
7. 1 Chota Chamach Garam Masala
8. Namak Swad Anusar
9. 200gm Tel
Matar Paratha Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Matar ko grinder me toda sa pisa kar rako.
⦁ Kadahi ko teja anch par rake. Aur usme tel dale aur garam hone par hing, jera, daniya, pauder, namak, lal mirch pauder, garam masala dale.
⦁ Aab pisi matar daliye aur anch dhimi kariye. Jab buna jaye tho tanda hone ko rakhe.
⦁ Aan goonda ata le aur ek loyi le, sukha aata bi le jo belane me madad karata hain. Aab chakla belan le.
⦁ Loyi bele. Aab matar ko chmach se dale. Charo tarap se banda kare.
⦁ Aab phir se beliye, dyan rahe halke sath se bele varna matar bahar nikal jayegi.
⦁ Tave ko teja anch par rakhe. Tave par tel lagaye aur ise tave par dale.
⦁ Jab ek tarap se paka jaye tal palatiye. Aab dusari tarap tel lagaye. Jab dhono tarap se lal lal ho jaye tab apka paratha taiyar hai.
⦁ Matar Paratha ko achar, dahi ya aloo tamatar ki sabji ke sath parose.
