Paneer Paratha Recipe ke Liye Avshayak Samgri
1. 250gm Aata Goonda
2. 100gm Paneer
3. 1 Pyaz
4. 1 Chamach Hari Daniya Barik Kata hua
5. 1 Hari Mirch Barik Kata hua
6. 1 Chota Chamach Namak
7. 100ml Tel
Paneer Paratha Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Goonda aata lijiye. Paneer ko minjiye, usme 1/2 chamach namak, 1/2 chamach kali mirch, hari daniya, pyaz aur hari mirch milayiye.
⦁ Aab mishran barane ke liye taiyar hai.
⦁ Ek choti loyi le aur use halka sa bele, aab mishran uske bicha me rake aur charo tarap se banda kare.
⦁ Aab use gola kar phir loyi bana le aur dhire dhire roti ki tarah bele.
⦁ Tave ko gas par teja anch par rakiye, aab garam hone par usapar tel karchul se lagayiye, aab bili huei roti usa par daliye.
⦁ Use ek tarap se pakane ke bad palatiye, tel lagaye, palatathe rahiye, jab dhono tarap se paratha lal lal ho jaye tab use hatayiye.
⦁ Paneer Paratha parosane keliye taiyar hai. Garama garam parose.
⦁ Paneer Paratha ko hari daniya chutney, hari mirch achar, aloo tamatar ki sabji ya sauce ke sath parose.
