Sweet Corn Soup Recipe- How to make sweet corn


Sweet corn soup recipe- a comforting, healthy and delicious mixed vegetable sweet
corm soup. This a=can be had anytime of the day- for breakfast , as a part of the
meal, starter or for evening snack. There are a few ways of making a corn soup,
sharing a simple one. An addition of a little corn starch to this recipe, yields
a sweet corn soup that almost taste like the one we get in any indo chinese restaurants.


Sweet corn soup Ke Liye Avshayak Samagri: (240ml cup used)
.1 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen any)

.1/2 to 1 medium potato finely choped (or 1 tsp corn starch)

.1/4 cup green peas

.1/4 cup finely choped carrots

.4 to 6 finely choped beans

.2 to 3 springs of spring onions choped

.2 1/2 to 3 cups water


Sweet corn soup kese banaye: (recipe)

1. Wash and chop all the veggies finely.

2. Heat butter in a pot, add veggies expect spring onions. Saute 2 minutes.

3. Add water and boil till all the veggies get cooked. Cooking on a low flame
   makes the soup taste better.

4. When the soup boils, mix the corn starch in little water. This is optional
   When the veggies are soft cooked, pour this to the pot and stir till it
   thickens. Add salt and sugar as well.

5. Serve sweet corn soup warm with pepper.
