Veg Maggi Recipe-How to make veg maggi


Maggi is a huge hit with kids. They just love to stash the long, chewy noodles
into their mouth, sucking it with a fun wooshing sound. By adding loads of
colorful and crunchy veggies to it, you can turn their favorite treat into
a satiating tiffin. Here, we have sautted the veggies and the maggies masala first,
to enhance the flavour .If you take care to cool the vegetable maggi completey
before packing in a tiffin box, it stays fresh for around 5 hours.



Veg Maggi Banane Ke Liye Avashayak Samagri
:

.200 grams instant noodles packet
.1 finely chopped capsicum
.1 finely cubed carrot
.1 finely chopped onion
.1 tsp cooking oil
.1/2 teaspoon salt
.1 finely chopped green garlic
.2 cloves garlic finely chopped
.water as per instruction on the cover


Veg Maggi Kese Banaye: (Recipe)

.Heat the oil in deep non stick pan, add the mixed vegetables and salt and saute
 on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

.Add the maggi masla and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.

.Add the 1 3/4 cup of water and bring toa boil on a medium flame for approx.2 minutes.

.Add the maggi noodles, annd mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes,
 while stirring occasionally.

.Cool the vegetable maggi completely. once cooled pack in a tiffin box.
