How to Make Soft and Smooth Idli
Idli Recipe ke Liye Avshayak Samgri
1. 1 Cup Idli Ke Chawal
2. ½ Cup Urad Ki Dhuli Dal
3. ¼ Cup Poha
4. ½ Chamach Methi Dana
5. Namak Swad Anusar

Idli Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
· Urad ki dal aur methi dhane ko sath me hi 3-4 bar pani me dho le.
· Urad ki dal,methi dane aur poha ko ek sath 5-6 gante ke liye 1 cup Pani me biga de.
· Chawal ko 3-4 bar pani me dho le. Une 2 cup pani me 4-5 gante ke liye biga de.
· Bigoi hui urad ki dal me se pani nikal le. Dal aur methi dane ko mixi ki jar me dale.
· ½ cup pani dale aur barik hone tak pisa le. Dire dire adik pani dale aur betar hone tak pisa le.
· Dal ko ek dibbe me nikale.
· Chawal me se adik pani nikal de. Mixi ke jar me bigoye hue chawal dale. Toda toda pani dale aur pisa le.
· Ek kantenar me pisa hua chawal dale. Namak dale aur achi tarah se mila le. Bater bahut gada ya bahut patala nahi hona chayiye.
· Ek tali me ghol ko dake aur kisi halki garma jagaha me 10-12 gante ke liye kamir utane ke liye rake. Jab dhol parmentho jayega tab uski matra bad jayegi.
· Ek saf chamache ke sath parment hue ghol ko hilaye.
· ghol ko namak ke liye chake aur idli ke sanche tel se chikne kare aur usme ghol dale.
· Idli pakane ke bartan me 1-2 gilas pani dale aur madyam anch par garma karne ke liye rako.
· 15 minat ke bad idli ke sanche bahar nikale aur unhe kuch minat ke liye tanda hone de. Ek chamach se idli nikale.
· Unhe ek plate me nikale aur naste me sambar aur nariyal ki chutney Ke sath parose.
