Noodles Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Sabhi sabjiyonko chote chote tukado me kata lijiye. Ek bartan me kariba 1/2 liter pani ubalane ke liye rakh dijiye. Ubalte hue pani me ek chota chamach tel dal dijiye.
⦁ Aab tel vale ubalte hue pani me noodles dal dijiye. Noodles ko todiye nahi.Noodles dalane ke kariba ek minat bad kante ke madad se noodles ko alag alag kar dijiye. Noodles ko uta uta kar chalaye.

⦁ Dhimi ancha par 1-2 minat chalayiye aur ek chota chamach siraka dal de. Sirake ko noodles me achi tarah mila de.
⦁ Garama garam noodles ko chili sauce, soya sauce ya hari chutney ke sath parose.
