Urad Dal aur Chawal ko pani me 6 Gante ke liye dokar pani me bigo dijiye. Chana Dal ko alag se pani me bigoyiye.


Urad Dal aur Chawal ko pani se nikal kar mixi me pisa le.


Aab inhe ek sath kisi garma jagah par 8 ganto ke liye rak de


Isa mishran me dahi,kaju,hari mirchi,adrak,mirchi pauder,kadi pathe,gee,namak aur bigoye chana dal mix kare.


Aab Idli ko sanche me ghee lagayiye aur usme isa Idli ke mishran ko bariye.


15-20 minat tak Idli ko bap me pakayiye aur phir serve kijiye.
