Chowmein Recipe ke Liye Avshayak Samgri
1. 200gm Noodles
2. 1 Gajar
3. 2 Shimla Mirchi
4. 1 Cup Patha Gobi
5. 2 Tebel Chamach Tel
6. 1 Choti Chamach Namak
7. Toda Kali Mirchi Pauder
8. 1 Tukda Adrak
9. 2 Choti Chamach Chilli Sauce
10. 2 Chti Chamach Soya Sauce
11. 2 Choti Chamach Sirka
Chowmein Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Noodles ko toda kar toda chota kar lijiye. Kisi bartan me itana pani garam karane rakiye ki ye noodles se asani se achi tarah pani me duba sake.
⦁ Pani me ada choti chamach namak aur 2 choti chamach tel dal dijiye, pani me ubal ane ke bad noodles ko ubalte pani me daliye aur phir se ubal ane ke bad 10 minat tak aur ubal lijiye.
⦁ Uble noodles se atirikta pani nikal dijiye aur tande pani se do lijiye.
⦁ Kadahi me tel garam kijiye, adrak, gajar, shimla mirchi aur banda gobi daliye aur 2 minat tak pakayiye.
⦁ Aab noodles, namak, soya sauce, sirka, chilli sauce aur kali mirchi daliye chamache se lagatar chalate hue 2-3 minat tej aag par milayiye.
⦁ Veg chowmein taiyar hai. Garama garam chowmein chutney ya tamato sauce ke sath parosiye aur kayiye.
