Paneer Petish Banane Ke Asaan Tarike

Yadi puff pastry sheets apane freeze ki huie hai tho apa inhe 8-10 pehle freezer se bahar nikal kar rakh dijiye. Paneer ke chote chote tukade kar ke 10 minat ke liye pani me rakh dijiye.

Ek pyan me 1 chamach tel garam kare. Aab 1/2 chamach jeera dale. jab vo chidkane lage tho usme pyag dale aur 2 minat tak bune. Aab Lahsun-Adrak ka Paste dal kar 5 minat aur bune.

Aab kati hui tamato aur namak dal kar toda sa bune. Bad me red chilli powder, garam masala aur jeera dale. Phir isa mishran me 1/2 Cup Pani dale aur gas ko kam rake. Pura pani kali hone tak bune.

Pani me rakhe hue paneer ko pani se alag kar ke isa mishram me dale aur 2 minat tak bune. Ek chutki kasuri methi ko dale aur acha sa mix kare ke gas banda kar dijiye.

Paneer masala ko tanda hone dho.

Ek pastry sheet lijiye aur tanda hua paneer masala ko bariye aur kinarose pani lagakar chipaka lijiye. Sare pastry bar kar taiyar kar lijiye aur baking trey me lagakar bake karane rakiye.

Ovan ko 230 centigrade par pahle se garam kijiye, ovan ko achi tarah garam hone ke bad pastry ki trey ovan 
me lagayiye aur 20 minat ke liye ovan set kar dijiye.

20 minat ke bad pastry ko palatie aur ovan ko phir se 10 minat ke liye saita kar dijiye. Aab ovan ko 160 centigrade tapaman par saita kijiye aur pastry ko kurakuri karane ke liye 10 minat ke liye laga dijiye.

Garam garam paneer petish taiyar hai.
