Tasty margheritta pizza recipe
Pizza Margherita Recipe- How to make pizza margherita
Pizza Margherita is a typical Neapolitan pizza made with San Maranzo tomatoes
mozzarella fior di latte, fresh basil, salt and extra virgin olive oil.Together
with Pizza Marinara is the most popular Italian Pizza.
It represents a worldwide famous icon of the Italian culture and culinary
heritage.
Margherita Banane Ke Liye Avshayak Samagri:
for pizza dough:
. 3 cups whole wheat flour
. 1 tsp instant yeast
. 1/2 tsp sugar
. 3 tbsp olive oil
. 1 cup water
for toppings:
. 1/2 cup pizzasause
. mozzarella cheese as required
. vegetarian peresan cheese as required (optional)
. 5-6 basil leaves
. dried oregano as required (optional)
. red chilli flakes as required
Pizza Margherita Kese Banaye: (recipe)
1. take 1 tsp instant yeast , 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 cup water in a mixxing bowl or in the stand mixer bowl.
2. next add 3 cups whole wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp olive oil & 1 tbsp lemon juice
3. attach the bowl to a stand mixer with the hook attachement on a medium high speed knead the dough.
4. the dough should be smooth,pilable and soft, the doughlooks dry then you can add some water while kneading.
5. spread some water all over the dough.
6. cover with alid or a lid or a kitchen towel and allow for 45 minutesto 1 hour till dough increases in volume.
7. knead the dough again and then you can directly make pizza from these.
8. spread some olive oil all over the dough before lacing them in the box.
Assembling Pizza:
1. grease a 9 inch pan or tray with some extra virgin olive oil and some flour all over.
2. take a medium to large ball and sprinkle some flor on the dough.
3. roll to a thin pizza having 0.3-0.5cm thickness.
4. carefully lift and place the pizza in the greased baking pan or tray.
5. spread pizza sauce
6. add some greated vegetarian parmesan cheese.
7. now top with mozzarella cheese.
8. keep the pizza pan on the rack near the bottom heating element. (keep your oven at highest temp.)
9. bake for 10-15 minutes till the base gets golden and the cheese also melts.
10. garnish with some basil leaves, dried oregano, or red chili flakes if you want.
11. cut with the pizza cuter and serve.
