Onion Paratha Banane Ke Asaan Tarike

Ek choti kadahi me madyam ka anch par 1 te chamach tel garam kare. Jab tel garm ho tab usme jeera dale. Jab jeera sunhara hone lage tab usme barik kata hua pyaz dale aur unhe halke gulabi rang ka hone tak buna le.


Usme barik kati hui hari mirchi, kata hua hara daniya, garam masala pauder, aur daniya pauder dale. Achi tarah se mila le. Pyag ke mishran ko 4-5 minat ke liye tanda hone de.


Ek parath me 1 cup gehu ka aata, 2 Te chamach tel, paka hua pyag ka mishran aur namak le. Jarurat ke anusar pani dale aur chapati ya roti ke aate ki tarah naram aata gunta le.


Aate ki satah 1 te chamach tel lagakar chikni kar le aur use dakkar 15 minat ke liye kamare ke tapman par seta hone de. Aate ko 6 barabar bago me bant le aur pratek bag ko gend ki tarah gola akar de.


Ek choti plate me 1/2 cup suka gehu ka aata le. Ek aate ka gola le aur use apni hateliyonke bicha dabakar loyi ka akar de. Use suke aate se lapet le.


Use chakle ke upar rake aur belan se 7-8 inch vyas ke gola akar me bel le.


Tave ko madyam anch par garm kare. Jab tava garm ho tab uske upar kaccha paratha rake. Jab uski satah par chote bulbule dikane lage tab use palat de aur anch ko kam kar de. Uski satah par saman rupa se 1/2 te chamach tel laga de aur lagbag 20-30 sekand ke liye pakane de.


Ise phir se palate aur 1/2 te chamach tel paila de. Use chamache se halake se dabaye aur madyam anch par 30-40 sekand ke liye pakane de. Jarurat ke anusar use palate aur dono tarap sunhare bure rang ke dabbe ane tak sempe.


Garama garam pyag ka paratha taiyar hai, use ek plate me nikale. Parathe ko aloo kari ya kakadi rayata ke sath parose.
