Kachori Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Maida me namak, ajawaein, tel dal kar milaye. Aab usme toda toda pani dal kar naram aata goond lijiye.
⦁ Aloo ko ubal kar chilaka hatakar mesh kar lijiye. Pyaz aur hari mirch ko barik kata kijiye.

Aab namak, haldi, lal mirch powder, daniya powder, garam masala powder dal kar milaye. Uske baad mesh kia hua aloo dal kar achi tarah milakar 2 minat paka kar gas banda kar lijiye.
