Egg Paratha Banane Ke Asaan Tarike

Parathe ke liye Aata Goond kar 15-20 minat ke liye rak de. Ek bartan me ande toda le aur lal mirch, barik kati hari mirch, aur namak dalkar ache se mix kare.

Aate ko peda banakar toda sa bele aur 1/2 chamach gee lagakar pailaye aur phir se peda banaye.

Aab dubara se paratha  bela le. Pyan garam kar kebela hua paratha pyan par dale.

Niche se toda pakane par paratha palat le. Dusari tarap se pakane par gee lagaye aur dhono tarap se parathe ko ache se seka le.

Anch madyam kar de aur ande ka dhol parathe par dale aur parathe ko dhyan se palat de.

Saeid se nikale hue ande ke dhol ko chamach ki madad se paratha ki aur chipkaye.

Ande ko ache se paka le.

Taiyar anda paratha ko bicha me se kat le, upar se kali mirch chidak de aur chai ke sath garam garam serv kare.
