Egg Paratha Banane Ke Asaan Tarike
⦁ Parathe ke liye Aata Goond kar 15-20 minat ke liye rak de. Ek bartan me ande toda le aur lal mirch, barik kati hari mirch, aur namak dalkar ache se mix kare.
⦁ Aate ko peda banakar toda sa bele aur 1/2 chamach gee lagakar pailaye aur phir se peda banaye.
⦁ Aab dubara se paratha bela le. Pyan garam kar kebela hua paratha pyan par dale.
