Pehle ek parath me 1 cup gehu ka ata, 1 chamach tel aur namak dale. Toda toda pani dale aur chapati ke ate jaisa naram ata gunt le. Uske upar 1/2 chamach tel dale aur aate ko masal ke chikna kar le. Use ek tali se dakkar 20 minat ke liye rahane de.

Ek bowl me kati hua pyag, Lal Mirchi Powder,Sukha Daniya,Ajawaein,Amchur Powder,Jeera Powder,Hari Mirchi,Daniya Barik Kata hua, aur Namak dale. Toda sa mix kar ke bad me sev dale.

Sabhi samgri ko ache se mix kar ke rakh lijiye.

Ek choti plate me 1/2 cup gehu ka ata lijiye. Ek loyi le aur use suke ate me lapet le. Loyi ko chakle ke upar rake aur 4-5 inch vyas ke gola akar me bela le. Iske upar sev ke masale rake.

iske kinare ke asapas chamach se 1/2 chamach tel lagaye aur lagbag 30-40 sekand ke liye senkane de. Ise phir se palate aur uske kinare ke asapas 1/2 chamach tel lagaye. Ise chamach se dabaye aur madyam anch par 20-30 sekand ke liye semphe.

parathe ki dono satah par sunhare ranga ki chitiaane tak semphe.

Ek Plate me nikale aur uske upar makkan lagaye ise tamatar ki chutney ya achar ke sath parose.
